Zen Chinese Medicine is a locally owned Hobart practice that has served the Tasmanian community since 2013. Across our Moonah and Sandy Bay clinics, our services include remedial massage, dry massage, sports massage, pregnancy massage, lymphatic drainage, reflexology and foot-focused remedial massage, acupuncture and Chinese medicine, cupping and dry needling.
Our practitioners bring different qualifications, techniques and treatment styles. Each appointment begins with a short discussion about your goals, relevant health history, pressure preference and areas of concern, so the treatment can be adjusted to you.
Both our Moonah and Sandy Bay clinics provide Chinese herbal dispensing following consultation with a registered Chinese medicine practitioner. Depending on the prescribed formula and ingredient availability, prescriptions may be prepared using granules, raw herbs, or a combination of both.
